Operation of your Nuvö

  • Do I need electricity to use my Nuvö bidet?

You do not need electricity. Unlike other bidets, Nuvö does not require electricity, making it easy to install and use.

  • What should I do if I cannot remove the toilet seat to install my Nuvö bidet?

Some toilet seats are easier to remove than others. Here are a few tips:

  1. Locate the seat adjustment screws, which are usually accessible from underneath the seat or at the back of the toilet.
  2. Some seats have buttons that need to be pressed to remove them.
  3. Remember to remove the caps covering the top of the screws so you can easily unscrew the seat.
  4. Some very specific seats require Allen wrenches to remove them.
  • Are there any toilet models that NUVÖ is not compatible with?

NUVÖ is compatible with 98% of traditional tank toilets. The only model we have identified that definitely does not fit is an old American Standard model called the Petite Garzón 2. This is because of the shape and curvature of the tank, which makes it physically impossible to install NUVÖ on this toilet :( .

In terms of water connection compatibility, NUVÖ is compatible with 100% of traditional tank toilets.

  • Do I need to hire a plumber to install my Nuvö bidet?

The Nuvö bidet is designed so that anyone with the help of an adjustable wrench can install it in approximately 10 minutes. It is extremely simple and easy to install, so we encourage you to install it yourself.
